Mobile Money, cash, card, bank transfer: the payment methods used on the ground

The cash desk records cash, Mobile Money, card, bank transfer and cheque payments. For Mobile Money you enter the transaction reference, whichever operator it came from: MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Wave, Moov Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa or the service in your country.

Every payment produces a numbered receipt, printed or sent to the family. A confirmed payment is never erased: to correct it, you refund it, and everything stays traced.

Tuition in up to 12 installments, with dated due dates, registration fees and discounts.
A reminder 3 days before the due date, then follow-ups at D+1, D+7, D+15 and D+30, by e-mail, and by WhatsApp or SMS once you connect your accounts.

Your currency, your language, your obligations

Each center picks its own currency symbol (FCFA, GNF, MAD, ₦, GH₵, KSh…), shown with every amount and report. Amounts are entered in whole units, without cents.

The VAT rate is set once for the center (0% to charge none) and every receipt keeps the rate that was used.

The interface is available in English and French: each user picks their language, and the center sets the default. Receipts, quotes and certificates carry your center's logo, letterhead and legal details: registration number, tax ID, accreditation number.

Designed for the phone

Palatryx runs in the browser: nothing to install at the front desk. On a phone it can be added to the home screen like an app, team notifications arrive there, and teachers take attendance in class from their pocket.

Already have Excel lists? Import your students and leads as CSV with the template provided: rows that need fixing are flagged before the import.

Which training centers is it for?

Anyone who manages enrollments, sessions and payments: language schools, IT, accounting and business training centers, vocational and trade training, private institutes, and organizations that train the employees of client companies. The type of center adapts the vocabulary, the levels and the records.

A center in any African country can open its space: records accept phone numbers with the dialing code of many countries (Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Gabon, DR Congo, Benin, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Madagascar, Morocco, Nigeria, Ghana…). There is no per-country setup: you choose your currency, your language and your VAT rate.

Your data stays yours

One space per institution: each center only sees its own data.
Three roles, three screens: reception, teachers and management do not see the same things.
Two-step verification at sign-in, on top of the password.
No overnight erasure: when a trial ends or a subscription is overdue, the space locks and your data stays intact. With no activity at all for 6 months, the center is flagged for deletion, then erased.
Management can export all of the center's data as a single archive, at any time.
